Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund no later than 30 days.

The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

the product is unused
the product is in its original packaging
the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered

Non-returnable Items

Returns are not possible for the following types of goods:

products that deteriorate quickly
products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened
products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

Gifts

If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return.

Once the returned product is received, the gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.
